Account Manager with a deep understanding of the CX/UX/CRO space.
As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for the retention and growth of our accounts. You will work closely with both the sales and delivery functions to manage our client accounts to maximize value for both Eclipse and our clients.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Meet with clients often to gain a deep understanding of their business so that you can identify opportunities for Eclipse to add value.
- Prepare and collate management information for clients which is shared during periodic account review meetings.
- Prepare quotes, contracts, proposals, and renewals for new clients, existing clients, and renewals.
- Develop a deep understanding of the CX/UX/CRO space to identify opportunities within accounts.
- Assist in the sales process in the preparation and delivery of proposals and pitches.
- Manage the onboarding process for new accounts.
We are looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- 3+ years of experience in account management in the customer experience industry.
- Experience in preparation of reports / MI
- A deep understanding of the CX/UX/CRO space.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A drive to retain and grow accounts.
