We are looking for a
CLM Functional Architect for our to join our high-performing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation team, for our client, a top law company blending business and legal expertise, offering innovative software and services, and the first non-lawyer-owned global legal services provider with an Alternative Business Structure (ABS) Licence for legal services in the US.
Specifically, a Functional Architect will:
- Be leading CLM implementations in partnership with the project management, account management and sales teams.
- Interacting with customer stakeholders to understand their requirements and come up with solution design.
Experience
- Documenting and analysing various business requirements to put together a Business Requirement Document (BRD), Integration Requirement Document (IRD) and Gap Analysis Document.
- Documenting and solutions integrations between CLM and other enterprise applications like CRM, ERP, Document Management Systems (DMS) etc.
- Configuring Contract Types, templates, approval workflows as per the requirements agreed on with the customer.
- Testing the system and ensuring the quality of deliverables to the customer.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any bugs identified during testing.
- Leading customer training and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Experience in working with North American customers. Flexible on the working hours to provide some customer time zone coverage.
- Ability to work with and guide Teams in other geographies like India.
Technical Skills
- Project Management experience with an understanding of Agile methodologies. (Good to have)
- Good understanding of business processes. [Legal, Buy Side and Sell Side]
- Knowledge of MS Projects
Qualifications
- Five years’ experience as CLM/ERP/CRM implementation consultant with in-depth understanding of end-to-end configuration of at least one tool. Certifications will be preferred. CLM experience will be preferred.
- Three years’ experience as Solution Architect for any CLM/ERP/CRM. CLM experience will be preferred.
- Bachelor's degree.
