Join the EMEA Digital Development & Integration team, where breakthrough web user experiences are crafted with passion. We are looking for a skilled and creative Front-End Web Developer with a strong understanding of User Experience (UX) principles to join us in achieving our goals.

In this role, you will focus on creating and managing Drupal themes for our company, as well as maintaining several microsites. You will be responsible for translating UI/UX mockups into stunning web realities, managing web projects from design to online publication, and maintaining impactful microsites. Candidates must have a deep understanding of all web development functions, including web design, web development, coding, testing, agile methodologies, and maintenance of high production corporate websites.

Key Responsibilities:

· Code landing pages, forms, emails, nurture programs, microsites, and other digital assets to support business go-to-market strategies.

· Contribute to maintaining the EMEA web platforms for various companies

· Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement innovative solutions for website design and functionality.

· Ensure the technical feasibility of UX/UI designs.

· Support internal marketing team initiatives, including new product launches, campaigns, promotions, and customer experience enhancements.

· Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications.

· Identify, design, develop, program, install, conduct research for, and implement internal systems, applications, and utilities to take full advantage of functionality in Drupal and other Marketing and Sales applications.

· Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

· Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve the customer experience.

· Implement best practices for web development and UX design.

· Conduct website experiments, including A/B testing, using tools like Optimizely.

· Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development and UX design.

You will be an integral part of our Commercial Strategy and Marketing organization, which includes a diverse team of all ages, different nationalities, various talents, and professional backgrounds. This position will report to the Manager of Digital Development and Integration Marketing and will also serve as a key member of the EMEA Marketing Campaign Management team.
 

Experience and Qualifications:

· BS/BA/BSc in computer-science or equivalent work experience.

· Expert at coding in HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON, XML, and other web-based languages.

· Passionate about web design and development.

· Experience in developing within frameworks including Bootstrap.

· Experienced with working on cross-functional teams: sales, marketing, and IT.

· Experienced working on multi-language and multi-domain websites.

· Expert at designing and developing cross-browser compatible websites.

· Experienced with building responsive design websites, and emails.

· Ability to work with internal clients to gather and document business requirements.

· Experience working in the Eloqua 10 platform, specifically building emails, and landing pages.

· Sound experience working with global SEO strategies.

· Agile Experience preferred.

· Experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely.

· Experience with Google Tag Manager and other Google products.
