HR GO Recruitment is looking for a Global Procurement Director for our prestigious international client. 

Purpose of the Role:
​​​​​​​Lead the global operative procurement organization to ensure material availability and inventory optimization through efficient planning and execution. Drive supply chain excellence and strategic procurement initiatives to support business objectives. Foster team development of 20 employees and 3 team leaders and collaboration in a global level at each continent.


Key Responsibilities:

• ​​​​​​​Lead and develop the global operative procurement team to meet business needs.
• Optimize raw material supply chain, including planning, ordering, and inventory management.
• Manage critical global supply cases to achieve optimal results.
• Oversee inbound transportation 4PL supplier performance and KPIs.
• Coordinate supplier-related quality and invoicing issues with internal stakeholders.
• Drive supplier performance and KPI improvements in collaboration with category teams.
• Guide and develop tools and processes for material planning and inventory management.
• Engage with global suppliers to build and sustain productive partnerships.

Requirements:

• University degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in senior procurement and supply chain roles.
• Proven track record in strategic procurement, supply chain management, and materials management.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to lead global teams effectively.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in analytics, strategic thinking, and risk management.
• Positive, ambitious mindset with the ability to build trust and foster innovation.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
