About the job:
As the Head of Production, you will play a vital role in our operations, overseeing and optimizing our manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
You will lead a team, driving productivity, and fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment. In this role you will be responsible for 4 pillars: Production, Warehouse, QA, Technical and having 4 directs reports from this area and total of 130 production workers.
Responsibilites:
- Develop and implement production strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
- Manage and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Production, Technical and Quality Assurance teams fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Board.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage production budgets and resources effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Collaborating with the Management Team to establish and attain company goals.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a closely related discipline
- Fluent in both English and Polish
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in our industry
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proven professional experience as Production Manager/Head of Production
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Production, preferably in similar industry
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
