Responsibilities:
- Automation and Monitoring: Working on process automation and system monitoring.
- Salesforce Administration: Performing administrative activities in Salesforce.
- Salesforce Case Resolution: Handling and resolving Salesforce-related cases.
- Automation and Monitoring Setup: Setting up and configuring automation and monitoring tools.
- Involvement in Audits: Participating in various audits and preparing necessary documentation.
- ALM and ITSM Data Quality Management: Ensuring high-quality data in ALM and ITSM systems.
- Change Execution: Implementing and managing system changes.
- RCA Preparation: Developing root cause analyses for issues.
- Service Requests Handling: Responding to and resolving service requests.
