Location: Poland, Remote role

Role Overview: For this position, we will require highly qualified knowledge and experience in designing and implementing SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Processes within a global manufacturing organization.

This role requires both core SAP SD knowledge and experience, as well as in-depth business process knowledge. The candidate should have experience in building and driving the adoption of standard processes through SAP implementation and roll-out projects.

What you will do:

• Work closely with Sales Operations, Pricing, Distribution Global Process Owners, and SAP teams in designing and building the global SAP template
• Handle Quoting Process in SAP
• Manage Consignment Sales Order Processes
• Oversee Third-party Drop Ship Sales Order Processes
• Manage Intercompany Sales Order Processes, including STO and Transfer Pricing
• Handle Return/Replacement/Warranty Sales Order Processes
• Manage Delivery and Shipment Processes
• Oversee Billing Processes
• Manage Credit Management Processes
• Handle Sales Pricing management
• Ensure integration with SAP Supply Chain, Material Planning & Management (SAP MM & PP)
• Ensure integration with SAP Finance (SAP FICO)
• Create, enforce, and follow standards and procedures defined by the GPOs and Regional SAP Teams to provide governance to new full-cycle SAP roll-out projects, enhancement projects, and helpdesk tickets to ensure process, data, reports, and methodology compliance
• Support Order-to-Cash Teams (Internal SAP Team, 3rd party consultants, IT, and internal business) in the implementation of the Template across the EMEA sites, plants, and business locations
• Work with a mixed team of internal IT, business resources, and consulting partner resources

Who you are:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a global organization with SAP SD in the manufacturing sector
• Proficient in SAP OTC Processes, including Master Data & Pricing, Quotation Process, Sales Orders, Sale Contracts, Scheduling Agreements, Outbound Deliveries, Rebates, and Returns
• Experience with Template Roll-out Projects, ideally in the Industrial/Automotive Sector
• Hands-on configuration experience
• Minimum 1 end-to-end SAP Projects
