STP Accountant
Our Client: A global leader in the production of frozen bakery products, providing a wide range of high-quality baked goods for the retail, gastronomy, and quick-service restaurant sectors. We are looking for an STP Accountant to support the team in accounting processes related to payables. If you have experience in finance and want to develop in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you!
Location: Wrocław – Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Transitioning AP processes and supporting their optimization.
- Timely processing of accounting documents, including employee expense settlements.
- Handling inquiries from internal and external suppliers.
- Supporting internal and external audits.
- Reconciling supplier balances, analyzing settlements, and closing open items.
- Month-end closing activities – account reconciliations, report preparation.
- Analyzing and optimizing P2P processes, identifying improvements.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
- Supporting relationships with business partners and the team.
- Participating in the creation of operational procedures (SOP) and process documentation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- 2-3 years in accounting (AP/P2P), preferably in an SSC/BPO environment.
- Knowledge of P2P and AP processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Fluent English (B2/C1).
- Additional European languages are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and processes.
- Ability to analyze data and improve processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Openness to change and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in accounting process transitions will be an advantage.
