This portal allows HRGO Recruitment clients management control over their HRGO Workforce, enabling faster, smarter
decision-making. You can interrogate and download real-time reports on financial and workforce management.
Speak to your account manager if you need login details.
This portal gives you access to a wealth of financial data on the services provided to you by HR GO Recruitment.
The data and report options available to you will depend on the permissions you have been given by your organisation.

The two dashboards, Client Summary and Worker Summary, each present the same headline data with different options to drilldown to the detail. Together they will help you improve decision-making by allowing you to track and compare year on year expenditure with HR GO Recruitment.
The dashboard reports are intuitive to learn to use - simply point and click. The system is robust so no need to fear breaking it!

Within the portal you can review and approve worker timesheets each week, as-well-as view previously approved timesheets. You can see a high level summary of all timesheets for the week including an hours and charge rate breakdown and also view each individual timesheet in more detail.
Once approved, your part is complete and the process begins with HR GO for the worker to be paid on Friday.
The portal shows in real-time how your vacancies are progressing. As workers are booked in, the portal is updated to show who’s working where and when.
You can move backwards and forwards, week by week, to see historic, current and future bookings.
